The modernisation of NHS buildings is essential for improving the delivery of primary care to the public. The new NHS premises will develop and build on existing services and facilities in order to meet the local health and community needs. The sites proposed for redevelopment include primary care centres at Monks Park, Northwood, Sudbury, Alexandra Avenue and Kingsbury.
The LIFT project will benefit you, the visitor, by providing a one - stop centre that will offer integrated primary healthcare services. LIFT is focused on increasing accessibility to these services locally across the Brent, Harrow and Hillingdon area while also eliminating the need to visit your nearest hospital for certain aspects of care. The overall objective is to supply primary care that is more quickly and easily available to you.
Community involvement will be encouraged, by the provision of training rooms that can be made available for public use, and by creating a pleasant environment in which to visit.
We would like you to come and talk to a group of people interested to find out abit more about BHH LIFT and how they will be catered for. How can this be arranged?
Contact the BHH LIFT office either via email or telephone where there will be someone to deal with your queries and assist you further.
Which is the nearest LIFT project to where I live?
