Monks Park
Brent tPCT has had this new primary care centre in Monks Park, Wembley, fully operational and serving the local community since August 2006. The official opening took place on 22nd September 2006.
Mount Vernon Treatment Centre

This new health and social care centre is now complete and serving the community. The centre accommodates a large number of health and social care services under one roof with an emphasis on supporting children and their families.
The centre was formally opened on Tuesday, 20th February 2007 by Lord Hunt of Kings Heath, OBE, Minister of State for Quality.
Sudbury Primary Care Centre
The transformation of the Sudbury site means integrated primary healthcare services will soon be available to all in Sudbury , and with strong links with Vale Farm Leisure centre there is focus on supporting and involving the community.
