The first two schemes completed
Brent, Harrow and Hillingdon Primary Care Trusts and their private sector partner LIFTCo work in Partnership to create and deliver modern, flexible buildings of high quality. The buildings are specifically designed to meet the needs of the local community.
The first two schemes, Alexandra Avenue Health & Social Care Centre and Monks Park Primary Centre, are now complete. Staff have moved in and services have been are operating from both buildings since August 2006.
Monks Park
Brent tPCT has had this new primary care centre fully operational since 1st August 2006. The official opening took place on 22nd September 2006.
Sudbury
Financial Close was reached on this scheme on Friday, 5th May 2006. Construction
on this new primary care centre for Brent tPCT is well underway and is due
to complete end of October 2007.
The centre will provide a one-stop facility for the local community.
Alexandra Avenue
This new health and social care centre is now complete and serving the community. The centre accommodates a large number of health and social care services under one roof with an emphasis on supporting children and their families.
The Centre was formally opened on Tuesday, 20th February 2007 by Lord Hunt of Kings Heath, OBE, Minister of State for Quality.
