About BHH LIFT
LIFT,
which stands for Local Improvement Finance Trust, is an initiative that
is dedicated to the growth and modernisation of health and social care services
in Brent, Harrow and Hillingdon.
Through the development of a joint venture between the Department of Health, the local health, social care services and the private sector, the projects role is to secure investment into building and refurbishing NHS premises that will offer new and existing services for the community.
The aim is to establish a one-stop centre where a range of health and social care services are available that will include GP surgeries; pharmacists, social services and hospital services as well as spaces available for community groups.
Over the next 25 years the LIFT project will strive to create an easily accessible, patient-centred service that is available to all on the community but will also try to create a pleasant and supportive working environment for primary care staff.
